Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopremiandreu.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide next steps.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
